Pour la collection Printemps-Été 2013, alors que LACOSTE s’apprête à célébrer ses 80 ans, Felipe Oliveira Baptista, directeur artistique de la marque, inscrit plus que jamais la légende du sportswear dans la mode contemporaine.
Enrichissant sans cesse les codes graphiques de la marque LACOSTE, Felipe Oliveira Baptista, en reprenant les archives maison des années 1980, applique des « color blocks » asymétriques aux teintes contrastées sur des T-shirts « oversize ».
Clin d’œil aux années 80, le jogging, élément incontournable du sportswear, est retravaillé selon le raffinement d’aujourd’hui. Le sac banane, quant à lui, vient s’intégrer au pantalon sous une chemise, le tout imprimé en total look.
La collection offre un colorama riche qui débute par un blanc pur se déclinant en blancs teints de gris perle, de jaunes et de bleus pâles. S’invitent alors le marine, le rouge, le bleu électrique et la terre battue qui se mêlent aux teintes plus claires pour des contrastes forts.
Un porter plus nonchalant, un luxe confortable et pragmatique émanent de cette nouvelle approche souhaitée par le directeur artistique.
